Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Pedagogics, certified ICC coach. Agata holds MA in Adult Education. She has been working in the recruitment and advisory field since 2007.
She built her skills and expertise in conducting Talent Management projects in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, TMT, Digital, IT and TSL sectors. Agatha’s special scope of professional interests is personal development therefore, a large part of her professional activity is devoted to coaching and training projects.
In September 2017 Agata founded her own executive search and advisory house where she assist high-growth companies as well as small start up’s identify top talents and plan long-term talent strategies. Earlier in her career, Agata worked for both: local executive search boutique and international search & selection firm where she led middle and senior-level assignments.
